AdditƐD will host its 10th edition from 23 to 25 February 2027 at Bilbao Exhibition Centre, launching its new biennial cycle as the premier trade show for additive manufacturing and 3D printing. Additive manufacturing is experiencing a decisive moment of industrialisation and consolidation, marked by its growing integration into the production processes of strategic sectors. Against this backdrop, holding AdditƐD in February will allow suppliers and user companies to connect right at the start of the annual planning cycle, driving new projects and generating high-value business opportunities.
The exhibition floor will bring together key players from across the sector’s entire value chain—from machinery and equipment manufacturers and distributors to custom part producers, as well as developers of materials, software, measurement technologies, and industrial supplies. This space will demonstrate the maturity, reliability, and industrial capacity these technologies have achieved for major strategic sectors, while showcasing real-world applications and innovative integration solutions for manufacturing processes.
Beyond the exhibition floor, AdditƐD 2027 will offer exhibitors the opportunity to unlock new business leads through a tailored agenda of B2B meetings with buyers and industry professionals from target sectors such as automotive, aerospace, defence, energy, steel, and ancillary industries—including custom parts and components manufacturers looking for additive manufacturing solutions. This initiative will take place as part of the 22nd European Industrial Subcontracting Meeting, organised by Cambra Barcelona, CámaraBilbao, and Bilbao Exhibition Centre, in collaboration with the Spanish Chambers of Commerce. Established as one of the industry’s primary B2B matchmaking platforms, the meeting facilitates roughly 1,000 highly specialized business appointments in each edition.
The trade fair will take place within +INDUSTRY, the country’s largest smart manufacturing platform, uniting seven complementary industrial shows under one roof: AdditƐD, BeDIGITAL, Maintenance, Pumps & Valves, Subcontratación, and weAR, along with the WORKinn Talent Hub job forum. This co-located staging will drive synergies and connections across the entire advanced manufacturing value chain.
Staging AdditƐD alongside +INDUSTRY will draw high-level decision-makers from key sectors including automotive, defence, food & beverage, aeronautics & aerospace, energy, capital goods, steel, chemicals & petrochemicals, and rail, among many others.
The event’s international reach remains a core defining feature, visible in the profile of both exhibitors and visitors alike. In its previous edition in 2025, +INDUSTRY welcomed 12,120 professionals spanning 47 countries. France, Italy, Germany, Portugal, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium, Morocco, China, Taiwan, and South Korea were among the most heavily represented international markets.
AdditƐD is organised by ADDIMAT (the Additive Manufacturing AFM Cluster) and Bilbao Exhibition Centre, with the Institutional Partnership of the Provincial Council of Bizkaia and SPRI – Basque Government.
