With the Formlabs Fuse 1 you can get nylon parts with excellent properties and great finish, in a compact and accessible equipment, at a cost several times lower than that of a traditional Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) industrial equipment. Create complex designs without the need for support structures, thanks to leftover powder during manufacturing.
Formlabs Surface Armor technology creates a semi-sintered shell that is printed around the surface of the part, achieving competitive mechanical and finishing properties without the need for inerting with hydrogen, or with the typical inconveniences of the most robust industrial equipment.
