With DyeMansion Powershot C, you can clean up to 75% of a complete HP Jet Fusion 4200/5200 work in just ten minutes. Cleaning time and personnel costs can be significantly reduced and therefore efficiency improved. Timing can be configured with constant batch processing and parts can be processed much faster.
Smooth surface treatment
Compared to manual blast cabinets, the DyeMansion Powershot C is equipped with a rotating basket and is made of stainless steel. Two simultaneously operating blasting nozzles, which are positioned perpendicular to the rotating basket and the parts, remove dust efficiently. The fixed distance between the parts and the blasting nozzles guarantees reproducible results without damaging the parts during the process.
Save in production
By investing in automated parts cleaning with DyeMansion Powershot C, up to four manual blast systems can be replaced. In addition to the resulting lower operating costs, investment costs are saved to the extent that investment and maintenance costs only affect one system.
