Addit3d will hold its fourth edition, focussing on part and component manufacturers

From 4 to 6 June 2019, coinciding with another 6 industrial trade shows

Suppliers of part and component manufacturing applications will be the centre of attention in the campaign to attract exhibitors for ADDIT3D, the International Trade Show on Additive and 3D Manufacturing, which will take place at the Bilbao Exhibition Centre from 4 to 6 June 2019. Based on the positive experience and journey over the past three editions, ADDIT3D is setting up the fourth edition to go one step further in order to expand its exhibition offer and grow internationally.

ADDIT3D is the only professional event in the sector that focuses on industry, and it aims to bring a broad sample of technological solutions that will be essential for ensuring the competitiveness of productive processes and guaranteeing solutions that are tailor-made to meet client needs. The implementation of additive technology in Spain is currently in a “medium” stage of development, and sectors such as the medical-prosthetics, aeronautics and automotive sectors stand out.

In 2018, 137 companies from 9 countries exhibited their latest developments to professional visitors from very diverse sectors. The visiting companies included representatives from Airbus, CAF, Gestamp, Mercedes Benz Spain, Grupo Antolin and Seat.

The growth that ADDIT3D has recorded since it was launched in 2016 is a good reflection of the importance that additive and 3D manufacturing have gained as advanced manufacturing processes. Recent studies show that its market value in 2022 will be 11 billion dollars, with an estimated average growth rate of 16% up to 2022.

Additive Talks

The combination of spaces at ADDIT3D has converted it into the leading event to find out about success stories and good practices on technological applications at the Additive Talks space. These applications can then be witnessed, live, in the exhibition area.

Suppliers and users will share their experiences with professional visitors throughout the extensive keynote speech programme organised by ADDIMAT, the Spanish Association for Additive and 3D Manufacturing Technologies.

“More exhibitions, a better industry”

This is the + Industry platform claim, the name given to the seven events that will convert Bilbao Exhibition Centre into the largest meeting point for the industry from 4 to 6 June 2019. ADDIT3D will coincide with SUBCONTRATACIÓN, the International Fair of Manufacturing Processes and Equipment, IT by FERROFORMA, the International Industry Tools and Supplies Fair, MAINTENANCE, the International Industrial Maintenance Fair, PUMPS & VALVES, the International Trade Show for Pump Systems, Valves and Equipment for Industrial Processes, BeDIGITAL, Solutions and Tools for Industry 4.0, and FITMAQ, the International Fair of Bargain & Used Machinery.

Celebrating ADDIT3D at the same time as these six events will provide visitors with an extensive industrial space where they can directly contact other companies, such as  potential customers of these technologies: SMEs that are value-added part and component manufacturing subcontractors, tool manufacturers, locksmiths, small tools and industrial supplies, and advanced industrial maintenance, among others.
